Vowgan VR

Here I've made a set of locally accurate clock prefabs for VRChat, meaning they will display the correct time for whoever is viewing them. The analog clocks have a ticking sound I recorded and display the time on the increments of the hand rotations, while the digital ones turn the time information into UI text.
